The role of Digital Executive at FINALLY requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn. The Digital Executive role is an entry-level role and training and support will be provided throughout.
The Digital Executive will become an experienced all-rounder, confident across the different digital disciples. They will be able to turn their hand to everything from keyword research to ad campaign setup and optimisation. Understanding the importance of each digital discipline and how they work together is essential for this role.
The Digital Executive is organised with an eye for detail and is never afraid to take on challenges. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and used to working on multiple projects, the Digital Executive does what it takes to make sure deadlines are not missed.

|OBJECTIVES||Coordinates many functions and gets results in an effective and timely manner. Provides essential facts on consumers, markets and competitors to the team. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels. Provide creative ideas for general marketing and campaigns. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. Working with the team on ongoing new business strategies, including the delivery of proactive / inbound activity. Producing social media content, including captions, content headings, and graphics, for a spectrum of clients; making good use of internal social scheduling tools such as HubSpot, and platform-specific tools such as Facebook Creator Studio. Creating and managing social media content calendars and schedules, both internally and externally, to ensure consistent content distribution and organisation. Creating and supporting the process of social media onboarding for new business through planning, strategies, and task assessment. Creating supporting assets during the onboarding/discovery stage, such as caption examples, graphic examples, in order to support client’s campaign messaging. Completing relevant aspects and areas of campaign documentation/planning and other required assets which link to social media tasks and targets. Completing relevant aspects and areas of monthly marketing reports and other required client assets.|
|CONSULTANCY||Has solid working relationships with key personnel. Understands the client’s business and current industry trends. Effective at understanding, interpreting and acting on client needs. Ensures that Account Managers are kept informed of progress of projects on a regular basis; where delays are unavoidable keeps the Account Manager informed of the reasons behind these. Ensures that Account Manager and client expectations are set and met appropriately in all instances.|
|PROJECT MANAGEMENT||Ensures all marketing documentation is filled and named appropriately. Follows tasks briefs and utilises task templates and step-by-step guides to ensure work is consistent and to a high level. Quick and accurate in identification of barriers to progress. Works as an active partner with other delivery teams on all joint projects.|
|COMMERCIAL AWARENESS||Able to review benefits and risks to reach balanced decisions – taking into account agency and client interests. Has a basic understanding of client’s marketing and business objectives and the requirement for creative ideas to deliver on these goals. Has basic awareness of cost constraints.|

Is able to use Ad Manager tools across multiple social platforms to create ads. Has a good understanding of HubSpot and able to carry out day-to-day tasks within it.
